🎯 General Terms and Conditions of the Raffle

Article 1 – Organization

This raffle is organized by the association RADIOCOMMANDE AÉRONAUTIQUE DES MAUGES, whose registered office is located at La Varenne, 49450 Saint Macaire en Mauges, France, duly declared under the French Law of July 1st, 1901, and represented by its President, Mr. Christian Bossard (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

It is held as part of the European Aeromodelling F3A Championships, to be held in August 2026.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation in the raffle is open to all natural persons, adults or minors (with written parental authorization).

2.1 – Ticket purchase

The ticket price is set at €9 (VAT incl.).

Tickets are available:

  • online, via the official event ticketing system (HelloAsso)

2.2 – Free ticket for participants

Each officially registered European Championship participant (Pilots & Team Managers) will automatically receive one free raffle ticket included with their registration.

Article 3 – Prizes

The full list of prizes will be published on the official event website no later than 1st of May 2026, and will be displayed at the venue.

Prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged, resold, or converted into cash.

⚠️ No prize will be shipped.

Winners must either:

  • be present at the time of the draw, or
  • appoint a person present on-site to collect their prize. The representative must provide:
  • the winning ticket,
  • a signed authorization from the winner,
  • proof of identity of both winner and representative.

Any unclaimed prize at the end of the evening will be considered forfeited with no possible appeal.

Article 4 – Draw procedure

The raffle draw will take place during the closing banquet of the European F3A Championships, 15th August 2026, 21h00 at Centre du Prieuré, 12 rue du Dr Schweitzer, 49450 SEVREMOINE.

It will be conducted publicly by a representative designated by the Organizer, using a process ensuring fairness and randomness.

Article 5 – Liability

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for:

  • the loss, theft, or deterioration of tickets after purchase,
  • the absence of the winner or their representative at the draw,
  • any incident or damage arising from the use of a prize.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.

Article 6 – Personal data

The information collected for participation in the raffle is used solely by the Organizer for the management of the event.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data. These rights may be exercised by writing to: ec.f3a.2026@gmail.com

Article 7 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the raffle implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

The rules are available:

  • on the official event website,
  • on-site throughout the competition,
  • by written request to the association’s registered office.

Article 8 – Applicable law and disputes

These rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute regarding their interpretation or application shall, failing amicable settlement, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Organizer’s registered office.
